Houston Airport Pick-up Procedures
From the airport baggage claim area, exit the doors marked Taxi and locate the Taxicab Starter booth. Inform the Taxicab Starter that you have a prearranged cab. If you encounter any problems at the Houston airports, please call our dispatcher who will dispatch your cab to taxi-loading zone.
Please note that we dispatch our driver in advance of your arrival; therefore, if there are any changes with your arrival information, please inform us prior to departure from your city of origin. We track your plane's arrival time and will have a driver waiting for your scheduled arrival.
IAH-BUSH Airport
George Bush Intercontinental Airport is Houston's largest airport. Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), accommodates over 24 different airlines. Domestic and International flights frequent this large facility. Bush Intercontinental is located approximately 23 miles north of downtown Houston, near the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8 North).

HOBBY Airport
Houston's second largest airport, Hobby Airport
(HOU), has now been serving the Houston community for more than 60 years.
Hobby Airport is located approximately seven miles south of downtown Houston, near I- 45/Gulf Freeway, the major highway heading from the City to NASA and Galveston Island.
